Distributing Aid to Those Who Need it Most
Given the economic condition in the Gaza Strip, our nonprofit regularly distributes aid packages to Palestinian families. Each aid basket costs us roughly 45 US dollars and can feed a family for up to a week.
We partner with local grocery stores and butcher shops to include pre-purchased coupons that cover the cost of fresh produce and meat. Electricity is scare in the Gaza Strip. Some families only have access to power for four hours at a time every day. Produce and meat spoils with out access to electricity or a fridge. Our coupon system insures that families in need are able to access produce and meat when it is convenient for them. This system also strengths the local economy
